Maximize New Customer AcquisitionDrive the acquisition of M52/Prime customers mapped through ICICI Bank PBG RMs and Wealth RMs across branches.2. Achieve Business TargetsTake ownership of key metrics, including new client acquisition numbers, revenue generation, and activation.3. Engage with Large ClientsConduct client meetings to convert high-potential leads and support branch teams in achieving their equity-related goals.4. Trade ActivationEnsure maximum trade activation among acquired clients to drive engagement and revenue.5. Focus on High-Value Prime PlansMaximize conversions to High-Value Prime plans from the total acquisitions.6. Branch-Level Equity MarketingPlan and implement equity marketing strategies at the branch level to enhance business opportunities.7. Capability BuildingFacilitate regular training sessions and meetings with branch teams to strengthen their equity-related skills and knowledge.8. Continuous Process LearningPromote process improvement and ensure consistent learning for equity functions across branches.Key Deliverables:1. Achieving new acquisition numbers2.
