Role: Senior Account Manager - Client Servicing. Company: LWYD Interactive LLP. Location: Bangalore. Experience: 3 years. Job Summary: We are seeking an Senior Account Manager to manage our client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and service.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and to address client issues and concerns.- Monitor and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.- Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations.- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in client servicing and account management. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client issues and concerns.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel & PowerPoint.- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising is a plus.
