Job Summary:

We seek an experienced PeopleSoft Finance Techno-Functional Consultant with a minimum of 7+ years of expertise in PeopleSoft Financial modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R). The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional knowledge to design, implement, and support PeopleSoft Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for PeopleSoft Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, P2P, R2R).
  • Design, configure, and implement PeopleSoft Finance solutions, leveraging best practices to enhance business processes.
  • Develop and maintain customizations, interfaces, and reports using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, and Integration Broker.
  • Lead data migration, integration, and reconciliation processes for financial data across modules.
  • Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical and functional issues.
  • Conduct functional testing, UAT, and system upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end processes in Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report cycles.
  • Provide end-user training, technical support, and comprehensive documentation to ensure efficient system usage.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate governance standards, and internal controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, P2P, R2R).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, PS Query, and Integration Broker.
  • Expertise in SQL for data analysis, extraction, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of system upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.
  • Functional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and best practices in P2P and R2R cycles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
