With $9M in funding from Z47, Accel, and marquee angel investors, we're on a path of rapid expansion. Driven by in-house designing & manufacturing and deep customer insights, we have grown exponentially in the last few quarters, and we are super excited to accelerate this growth further. We're looking for a passionate individual to join Our Team , who is deeply customer-obsessed and can drive excellence across our fulfillment and customer support functions. 1. Fulfilment (Logistics & Warehouse) a. Oversee the end-to-end fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. b. Monitor and manage key logistics metrics, including delivery time, order accuracy, and cost efficiency. c. Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships with logistics and WH partners. d. Coordination with our third-party warehouse partner to ensure operational alignment and high standards in inventory management, order accuracy, and dispatch timeliness. e. Implement SOPs and systems to improve efficiency and scalability in the fulfillment process. 2. Customer Support a. Monitor and optimize key metrics of the customer support team to deliver exceptional service. b. Analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and implement actionable solutions. c. Develop and optimize processes to make customer support scale-ready as the business grows multifold in the coming months. An ideal candidate MUST have: 1. 3+ years of relevant experience after bachelor degree 2. Work experience in managing 3PL partners and/or Customer Support Team in a D2C brand . 3. Have an innate customer obsession & understanding of customer needs and prioritize their satisfaction in every decision. 4. Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage vendor relationships effectively. 5. Ability to take full ownership and operate independently in a dynamic environment 6. Willingness to work from office in Gurugram.
