We are looking for a high-energy individual for the role of Senior Data Consultant at Eucloid. The candidate will collaborate with client stakeholders on multiple projects in the eCommerce team. The candidate is expected to lead following work-streams:- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current data sources, reporting gaps, and business objectives. - Design and implement a scalable, well-documented marketing data model/schema. - Define data ingestion and transformation logic for integrating data from multiple sources (CRM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.). - Ensure data consistency, quality, and governance across systems. - Support the development of self-service BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Sigma Computing etc.).- Develop Data-driven hypothesis and make recommendations on improve site engagement, conversion and other metrics. - Pull out real-time business metrics from transactional systems/data-warehouses and understand the trends/drivers of those metrics. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changesIdeal candidate will have following Background and Skills: Background:- Undergraduate Degree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering, science or economics from a Top-Tier institution. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analysis/Product Analyst function in a Product org or a client facing role. - Strong experience with data modeling and schema design, particularly in the marketing domain. - Proficient in SQL, data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift), and ETL/ELT tools. - Experience with marketing data platforms (e.g., GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce). - Hands-on experience with dashboarding tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio. Skills:- Strong Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability - Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills - Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced environment. Prior experience in managing Director+ level stakeholders a plus.- Ability to understand the technology stack, dependencies between applications and how the data flows between them. - Highly adaptable to change and an excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate - The role offers a very attractive compensation (Base + Bonus) and is based out of Gurugram & Chennai.
