Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) with consistency and precision
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring they have a positive experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment
  • Recommend coffee blends, brewing methods, and specialty drinks based on guest preferences
  • Operate and maintain coffee machines and grinders

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role preferred (but not required)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about brewing and crafting beverages
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions
