**Job Overview**:
As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality beverages to customers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized cafe environment. You will also be expected to have a good understanding of coffee preparation techniques, menu items, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced cafe setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations based on preferences.
- Prepare and serve beverages promptly while ensuring quality and consistency.
- **Beverage Preparation**:

- Expertise in preparing various coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, lattes, and other specialty drinks.
- Ensure the proper grind, tamp, and extraction of coffee to achieve the desired flavor profiles.
- Accurately measure and mix ingredients to create signature drinks.
- **Menu Knowledge**:

- Have a thorough understanding of the cafe's menu, including coffee, tea, and other beverage options.
- Provide information about ingredients, brewing methods, and any special promotions.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices.
- Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in optimal condition.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and provide correct change.
- **Cleanliness and Organization**:

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the preparation and serving areas.
- Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth cafe operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address any issues or concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with different coffee beans.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift and carry moderate to heavy loads.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
