The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sector. Key day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, crafting proposals, and conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieving the company's sales targets.Qualifications Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management Knowledge of the HORECA industry and market trends Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct market research and analyze data Proficiency in crafting compelling proposals and presentations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus IndustryFood and Beverage Manufacturing Employment Type Full-time
