We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst or Associate Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving product development and improving business processes. This position requires a strong understanding of both business and technical aspects, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new products or features.

- Product Roadmap Development: Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to prioritize features, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

- User Story Creation: Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for development teams.

- Product Testing and Validation: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product features and ensure they meet customer needs and business objectives.

- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to gather insights, track key metrics, and drive data-driven decision-making.

- Product Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.

- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners, to gather feedback and address concerns.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, product enhancements, and innovation to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and roadmap Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Associate Product Manager, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and product features.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
