Weare looking for an experienced Quality Analyst to join ourhighpaced delivery team. You will be responsibleto test theprogram for all enterpriselevel application development.

Ifyou have excellenttesting skillsand a passion fortestingapplications or improving existing ones we would like to meet you.Ultimately youshould be able to develop andmaintainfunctional and stable web applications to meet our company sneeds.


Responsibilities:


QAManagement experience across multiple projectsoffshore andinhouse.

Bea strong leader with experience in implementing and shaping thecompany s QAprocesses and strategies.

Havestrong technical skills both functional and nonfunctional manualand automation ideally in a continuous deliveryenvironment.

Strongcommunication skills with all the keystakeholders to ensure QA vision is understood and implementedcorrectly.

Bean advocate of Quality Assurance Continuous Improvement andindustry recognized BestPractices.

Excellentknowledge of Risk Management Risk Identification and Risked BasedTesting.

Experiencemanaging testing departments or testing functions managing largeand complex activities andprocesses.

Flexiblewith the ability toand work underpressure.

Proactivestrongminded quick thinker andassertive.

Ableto motivate a team recognize good talent and bring out the best outof eachindividual.

Requirements/Skills:


  • Responsiblefor Defining QA strategyapproach andexecution in developmentprojects.

  • Responsiblefor Leading and directing the QA leadershipteam.

  • Provideleadership and technicalexpertise withinTest Automation and QualityAssurance.

  • Beaccountable for the test automation projects mentor and provideleadership to the QA automation developers andmanagers.

  • Participatein interviews inductiontraining andperformance evaluation of all QAleads.

  • Providetechnical leadership and expertise within the field of QualityAssurance and Testing.

  • Ensuringthat the development teams adhere to the principles guidelines andbest practices of the QA strategy asdefined.

  • Focuson continuous QA improvements including usage ofappropriatetesting tools test techniques testautomation.

  • Buildingand maintenance of quality standards as well as enforcing technicaland testing standards.

  • Monitoringof all the QA activities test results leaked defects root causeanalysis andidentifying areasof improvement. Implement stepsrequired toimprove the processes.

  • Gatherand present testing metrics and testing activities for the projectsto key stakeholders.

  • Ensurethe proper usage of available tools to gain the maximum benefit ofthe QA effort. This includes testing tools for functionalperformance automation etc.

  • Managetraining and continuous learning of QA staff by means of shortcourses conferences meetups certificationsetc.

  • Bean escalation point for all matters related to testing and qualityassurance and operate as a primary point of contact for the QAteams.

  • Directthe development of the QA strategymethodologydiscipline andframework. Driving and improving the QA team in areas of automatedtesting and agile testing.

  • Providetechnicalexpertise in TestAutomation Testing Methodologies Testing ProcessesTools andTechniques across the teams.

  • Workwith QA managers Development managers and the Software DevelopmentDirector to develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceeddepartment and corporate qualitygoals.
