The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by managing inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy. The role involves addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly, maintaining detailed documentation of interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer inquiries through various communication channels with professionalism and courtesy Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer issues Document customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction Identify opportunities for process and service improvements Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude in all interactions QualificationsProvencustomer service skills , including managing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction Strongcommunication and interpersonal skillsto effectively interact with diverse clients Proficiency in CRM systems , documentation, and data entry Excellentproblem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Adaptability and flexibilityin a fast-paced, remote work environment Experience withremote communication tools and technologies(e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack) is an advantage High school diploma or equivalentrequired;college education preferred Previous customer service experienceis preferred but not mandatory Excellent English communication skillsare mandatory Experience working withUS or Canadian processesis an asset Background inlogistics or the automotive sectoris a plus
