Title: Business Analyst 

Product: LeadGen Platform for a Silicon Valley based Martech company. 

Loc: Mumbai (Wadala) 

 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to document business needs and translate them into functional specifications. 
  2. Process Mapping: Design workflows and swimlane diagrams to improve business processes. 
  3. Documentation: Create and manage Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and project documentation. 
  4. Tool Proficiency: Use JIRA for tracking, and Power BI for reporting and insights. 
  5. Client Communication: Work closely with US-based clients, ensuring alignment and satisfaction. 
  6. Research & Problem-Solving: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and maintain a DIY approach first to challenges. 

 

Qualifications: 

  1. Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and using JIRA. 
  2. Strong skills in Power BI; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. 
  3. Excellent communication and research abilities. 
  4. Exposure to Martech/lead generation domain and US clients is preferred.
