The Junior Brand Manager will support the Brand Manager in developing and executing effective brand strategies. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical thinker with a passion for brand management and marketing.
Responsibilities
• Brand Strategy Support:
o Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
o Support the creation and execution of brand marketing plans and campaigns.
• Market Analysis:
o Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
o Analyze sales data and market insights to inform brand strategies and decision-making.
• Campaign Management:
o Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
o Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Brand Communication:
o Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
o Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure all stakeholders adhere to them.
• Performance Tracking:
o Monitor and report on the performance of brand campaigns and initiatives.
o Use analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure brand alignment.
o Liaise with external partners, vendors, and agencies to execute marketing activities.
• Video and picture content creation: Should be good with the camera Qualifications:
Qualifications
o Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
o 1-2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field.
o Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software
o Proficiency in Adobe or related tools for video and picture editing.
