Position Objective: The Brand Manager has to acquire targeted clients and convert the leads to sales. He/she will be responsible for effectively communicating the Brand story, philosophy, values, and creativity to expand the global community of Trunks Company.


About the position: The Brand Manager should have an insightful understanding of luxury brands and can professionally handle HNI/UHNI Clients. The candidate should have the ability to think big, deliver innovative strategic solutions, and successfully translate a brand’s strategy or story into marketing collateral and campaigns.


Job Skills

  1. Experience in acquiring UHNI/ HNI clients & generating sales in Luxury, Art & Design Industry.
  2. In-depth knowledge of Brand principles, journey, products, and services.
  3. Understanding of brand positioning, differentiation, & competitive analysis.
  4. Strong analytical skills to understand Client lifestyle & requirements and should have experience in convincing & converting clients to close deals.
  5. An ability to identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, relationship building & collaborations
  6. Experience in planning & executing high-end events & private previews.
  7. Preferred candidate with a basic understanding of drawings & layout.

Major responsibilities:

Brand Strategies & Client Relationships:

  1. Planning & execution of Branding strategies to acquire clients and achieve Annual sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain exceptional relationships with UHNI/ HNI clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering loyalty to the brand.
  3. Engage UHNI/HNI clients through in-person meetings, vendor presentations & virtual tours/discussions for sale growth.
  4. Create a seamless client journey from beginning to end and beyond. Identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the overall client experience.


Brand Narratives, Content & Collaterals (offline & online):

  1. Develop comprehensive branding activities that strengthen the brand's positioning, and brand community globally.
  2. Conceptualizing and creating compelling brand narratives, client collaterals, visuals, graphics, marketing & PR campaigns in coordination with respective teams.
  3. Ensure Brand content consistency across all touchpoints, including website, social media, packaging, print, and digital platforms.


Event Management:

  1. Coordination in planning & executing exclusive events and experiences for clients, such as private previews, dinners, personalized tours, and Art & Design exhibitions.


Market Trends and Competitive Analysis:

  1. Stay informed about market trends, client behavior, and competitor activity in the luxury sector.
  2. Analysis of data, aligning strategic decisions, and identifying opportunities for growth and brand expansion globally.


Team management and Training:

  1. Ability to lead, train, and motivate teams working on branding projects, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  2. Regular meetings with the Brand Director, Director of Sales(US) & Founder to review existing and new business opportunities in conjunction with quarterly/annual sales targets.


Education

Postgraduate in Luxury Management/Marketing or MBA in Marketing & Communication from a reputed Institute
