Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, able to collaborate effectively across departments and different countries.

Experience working in international teams, understanding regional nuances in vendor management.

Ability to analyze, document, and formalize business processes in a structured manner. Ensures that workflows and procedures are clearly articulated and easy for others to follow

Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify data discrepancies and resolve complex issues, especially when Data Deduplication tools not clearly arbitrated
