Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role as a Sr. Manager - Advertising & Sales at TopGear India located in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing and managing special projects, ensuring their successful execution, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
  • The candidate be qualified to Develop and Execute sales strategies for special projects for Automotive brands.
  • Targeting new business opportunities that align with TopGear’s brand values and market positioning.
  • Keeping abreast with launches in cars and motorcycles.
  • Planning fitting advertorial plans with feature and place integration.
  • Lead special projects from conception to execution, ensuring they meet revenue goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and editorial, to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the automotive industry.
  • Serve as the primary contact for special project clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Be open to travel extensively for seeing fruitful completion of the same.
  • Should be an auto enthusiast , ability to develop as a future host will be a added advantage.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certification in project management is a plus
  • Proven experience in project management and executing special projects in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams and timelines.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders and ensuring project requirements are met.
