Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs. - Utilize expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ to optimize business processes. - Leverage AI technologies, including Agentforce, to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications. - Provide strategic guidance on best practices and innovative solutions to maximize Salesforce ROI. - Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure client teams are proficient in using Salesforce products. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and releases, and provide recommendations for adoption. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system performance and reliability. - Lead and manage Salesforce Merger and Acquisition projects, ensuring seamless integration and data migration. - Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. - 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Salesforce CPQ. - Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly Agentforce, and their application within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning development, specifically using Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and optimizations. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. - Experience in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
