Job Summary:


We are seeking a talented Estimation/Quantity Surveyor, Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in estimation, quantity surveying, and civil engineering, with a keen interest in learning and growing with the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


- Estimation:

  - Assist in preparing estimates for construction projects, including tender documentation and contract pricing.

  - Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

  - Develop knowledge of estimating databases, benchmarks, and standards.

- Quantity Surveying:

  - Assist in preparing bills of quantities, specifications, and schedules of rates.

  - Conduct quantity take-offs, measure, and value works.

  - Learn to identify and mitigate potential risks and disputes.

- Civil Engineering:

  - Provide technical support and guidance on civil engineering aspects of construction projects.

  - Review and approve designs, drawings, and specifications.

  - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables.

- General:

  - Work under the guidance of senior team members.

  - Develop relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

  - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

- 4-6 years of experience in estimation, quantity surveying, and civil engineering in the real estate or construction industry.

- Basic knowledge of Indian construction industry standards, regulations, and laws.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Familiarity with estimation software, such as Microsoft Excel, Auto CAD, Revit, Highrise ERP.
