Fashion Operations Assistant (Full-Time, Paid)Salary: ₹15,000/monthAbout the Role:We are looking for a Fashion Operations Assistant to join our team at Shop&Yours, a growing fashion brand.It mainly involves managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth order flow and inventory management.Key Responsibilities:- Order Packaging: Pack customer orders neatly and ensure items are shipped safely. - Dispatch Coordination: Work with delivery partners for timely dispatch and track shipments. - Product Labelling: Tag and label new products before they are stocked or dispatched. - Quality Check (QC): Inspect products before packing to ensure they meet quality standards. - Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and organize inventory in the warehouse. - Customer Calls: Contact customers when required for order or address confirmations. - Office Assistance: Support with daily operational and administrative work as needed.Who We’re Looking For:- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented - Comfortable with hands-on operational and warehouse work - Basic understanding of garments, fashion products, and handling procedures - Proficient in Excel and familiar with inventory and logistics platforms. - Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines - Graduate with 1–4 years of experience in operations, fashion, or a related field - Based in Gurgaon and available for full-time, in office workDetails:Location: GurgaonType: Full time, in office roleSalary: ₹15,000 per month (paid position)Start Date: ImmediateHow to Apply:Send your resume on careers@shopandyours.com with the subject line “Fashion Operations Assistant – Application.”
