About the Role :We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented MERN Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), modern frameworks like Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI, and familiarity with AI-assisted code editors. You will help build scalable, responsive, and high-performing web applications while collaborating with designers, and product managers.Key Responsibilities :- Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and Next.js.- Build responsive and interactive UI components using React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI.- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.- Work with databases to design schemas, write queries, and ensure efficient data management.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Leverage AI-assisted code editors for faster and efficient development.- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.- Follow best practices in code quality, security, version control, and documentation.Required Skills & Qualifications : - 6 months to 2 years of professional experience in full-stack web development using the MERN stack.- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.- Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS and Material UI for frontend development.- Good understanding of MongoDB (Mongoose or similar ODMs).- Experience in building and consuming REST APIs.- Familiarity with AI-assisted code editors (e.g., GitHub Copilot).- Experience with Git/GitHub and version control best practices.- Basic understanding of deployment and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Azure).- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
