HiHope you are doing wellPlease look at below mentioned Job Description and share your updated resume and mention Current Location .If the JD match with your skills.Role: Infrastructure Ops Engineer -Teams/O365Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103, India (Hybrid)Duration: Offshore 6 Months Contract To HireFOCUS: End User Computing & L3 SupportGrade: 9(2), 10(2),11(1)Job Description:Job Duties:- Understanding the use of the tools that we deploy to help our users collaborate - Understanding why we have selected these tools to be the current standard - Perform advanced troubleshooting of products supported with the aid of technical documents published by vendor and other industry professionals - Be the last point of escalation for matters of enforcing IT policy - Support customers by escalating their incidents to vendors in the event of a product break - Analyze trends and patterns of issues among users to identify systematic problems - Write user support and technical documentation for user and helpdesk consumption to assist in use of the products you supportBasic Qualifications:- 3 years (Grade 9), 3-5 years (Grade 10), 5-7 years (Grade 11) minimum experience administrating: - Microsoft Teams – meeting policies, app policies, team membership, team policies - Microsoft SharePoint – SharePoint policies, retention policies, access permissions - Microsoft OneDrive – Basic troubleshooting and sync troubleshooting - Experience with cross tenant and cross company migrations in pursuit of M&A projects - 3 years (Grade 9), 3-5 years (Grade 10), 5-7 years (Grade 11) of experience working in an IT engineering position OR bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration with IT Concentration - Familiarity with ITIL principles and with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow - Familiarity with AzureAD/EntraID and basic hybrid cloud/on-prem infrastructure - Familiarity with the principles of Microsoft ExchangePreferred Qualifications:- Microsoft Teams Rooms administration - Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager - Proficient in PowerShell - Familiarity with Microsoft Graph and forming Graph API calls - Familiarity and experience building PowerApps and Power AutomateThanks & RegardsPradeep PathakSenior Technical RecruiterKPG99 Inc. |http://www.kpg99.com/Direct: 609-325-2290Email id: pradeepk@kpgtech.com / pradeep1@kpg.inLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/pradeep-pathak-5026a016a/Address: 3240 E State St EXT , Hamilton, NJ 08619
