The Oracle Fusion Technical Implementation Lead Consultant is responsible for leading the technical aspects of Oracle Fusion implementations. This includes solution design, technical configuration, integration, data migration, and post-go-live support. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders across business and technical teams.

A Seasoned consulting expert with a deep grasp of solutions, industry standards, diverse business processes or technology framework within a specific product/technology domain. Work Autonomously to deliver high quality deliverables for client projects. Executes diverse and intricate responsibilities that require independent decision making to deploy Oracle products and technologies, tailored to meet client requirements. Adheres to Oracle's methodology, company protocols and industry best practices. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion technical roles, with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
  • Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience as developer in BIP / OTBI, Personalization, Groovy and ICS/OIC
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion technical modules and components.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Good understanding of Oracle ERP Fusion cloud Modules such as Finance (GL, AP,AR,FA, CM,PO), SCM etc.
  • Role is an Individual contributor role. Being Hands on is a critical requirement.
  • Experience in Solution Design for Customer engagements in Integration (OIC/SOA Suite) Space
  • Knowledge on Oracle Cloud Offering (SAAS. PAAS) , Web Services, REST API
  • Stored procures.
  • Hands on experience on Data conversion and knowledge about FBDI templates.
  • Excellent Communication skills- written &verbal, mandatory.
  • Should be a good team player and have good analytical skills.
