Proven experience in leading Pega upgrade projects, preferably to versions 8.x or higher.Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Pega architecture, frameworks, and capabilities. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, AWS environments, and iterative software development lifecycles. Familiarity with Pega SD/SI frameworks is a plus. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects successfully. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Soft Skills: Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Collaborative and proactive approach to project challenges.Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud environments, especially AWS. Expertise in Pega latest offerings and capabilities, including DX API, Data Pages, and Cosmos UI.
