Job Title : Sr. Backend DeveloperExperience : Minimum 4+ yearsLocation : Hyderabad (Work from Office)Job Type : Full-timeAbout the Role :We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development.You'll be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust tech solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern technologies.- Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.- Work closely with product managers to gather and understand requirements.- Troubleshoot and debug production issues.Requirements :- 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js and Python.- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.- Understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.- Good communication and problem-solving skills.Nice to Have :- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.- Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.)Benefits :- Competitive salary- Flexible working hours- Career growth opportunities- Health and wellness programs (ref:hirist.tech)
