Location: Mumbai & Gurgaon

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Domain: Transaction Service Financial Due diligence, Deal Advisory

Experience: 58 years in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence / Audit or Accounting firms

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Manager in Transaction Services, you will work on complex, high-profile transactions such as acquisitions, mergers, and buyouts.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading financial due diligence engagements and identifying key transaction issues

- Preparing high-quality TS reports and reviewing sections compiled by junior team members

- Managing smaller assignments independently or assisting on larger ones under Partner supervision

- Building credibility with clients and representing Transaction Services in deal discussions

- Maintaining professional networks with senior/mid-level contacts for future business opportunities

- Supporting proposals, business development, and practice development initiatives

- Managing, mentoring, and providing feedback to junior staff

- Ensuring risk management and compliance documentation is completed as per firm standards

- Contributing to team morale and a collaborative work environment

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Experience: 5-8 years in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence / Audit or Accounting firms

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills

- Ability to manage multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and client demands

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; IFRS knowledge preferred

- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel (domestic & international)

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage with clients
