Job Opportunity in a Big 4 Consulting Firm FDDLocation: Mumbai & GurgaonQualification: Chartered AccountantDomain: Transaction Service Financial Due diligence, Deal AdvisoryExperience: 58 years in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence / Audit or Accounting firmsRole & Responsibilities:As a Manager in Transaction Services, you will work on complex, high-profile transactions such as acquisitions, mergers, and buyouts.Key responsibilities include:- Leading financial due diligence engagements and identifying key transaction issues- Preparing high-quality TS reports and reviewing sections compiled by junior team members- Managing smaller assignments independently or assisting on larger ones under Partner supervision- Building credibility with clients and representing Transaction Services in deal discussions- Maintaining professional networks with senior/mid-level contacts for future business opportunities- Supporting proposals, business development, and practice development initiatives- Managing, mentoring, and providing feedback to junior staff- Ensuring risk management and compliance documentation is completed as per firm standards- Contributing to team morale and a collaborative work environmentDesired Candidate Profile:Qualification: Chartered AccountantExperience: 5-8 years in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence / Audit or Accounting firms- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills- Ability to manage multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and client demands- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; IFRS knowledge preferred- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel (domestic & international)- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage with clients (ref:iimjobs.com)
