Job Summary:


As a Computer Vision Engineer at ImageVision.ai, you will play a key role in developing and implementing computer vision algorithms and systems. You will collaborate closely with a talented team of engineers and researchers to design, prototype, and deploy computer vision solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role requires a solid background in computer vision, image processing, and machine learning, along with strong programming skills and a passion for cutting-edge technology.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize computer vision algorithms and models for various applications, such as object detection, recognition, tracking, and image segmentation.
  • Implement and deploy computer vision solutions in production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to integrate computer vision capabilities into existing and new products.
  • Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in computer vision technologies and methodologies.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate datasets, tools, and frameworks for computer vision projects.
  • Optimize algorithms and models for real-time performance and efficiency.
  • Perform testing, validation, and debugging of computer vision systems to ensure accuracy and robustness.
  • Document technical designs, guidelines, and best practices.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in developing computer vision algorithms and systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
  • Solid understanding of computer vision concepts, image processing techniques, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., OpenCV).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and GPU programming.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with distributed computing and parallel processing.
  • Knowledge of 3D computer vision techniques and point cloud processing.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Contributions to open-source computer vision projects or publications in relevant conferences/journals.
