ROLE SUMMARY
The role holder is responsible for managing & driving Retail Trade & Forex Business growth through the alliances model with national and regional influencers of business like but not limited to CA Firms, CS Firs, Law Firms, FinTech's, Consultants etc., and ensure income delivery through effective execution of partnerships in the Retail Segment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities
- Executing partnerships targeted at achieving income delivery through these alliances, driving initiatives that focus on maximizing income delivery, expand market reach and enhancing overall performance
- Ensuring the selection, documentation, negotiations and business initiation for the partners
- Ensuring health of business from the partners and timely business settlements
- Strong Stakeholder management, decision-making and analytical skills
- Proficient in Central Office - Channel Management Deliverables
- Strong Handle on effective Channel Management Facets of Business
Core Responsibilities
- First point of contact for all the partners and prospects
- Accountable for all control function interfacing including but not limited to Compliance, Legal, Finance, SPU etc
- Driving the business delivery via daily engagements with all internal channel members
- Responsible for driving various initiatives aimed at achieving revenue targets.
- Daily Dashboarding; creation of engagement and review platforms to ensure delivery of budgets
- Bridge between the Partners and YBL for product related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities
- Organizing regular training for resources on products, processes, competition benchmarking for Trade & Forex business in Retail segment
- Bridge between the Sales team and product team for product related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
- Periodically review the performance to identify business leakages and to take corrective measures.
