Role Overview

We seek an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and shape our human resources strategy. You will be responsible for building a strong team culture, driving employee engagement, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth HR operations to align with Biizline’s vision and mission.


Key Responsibilities


1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.


2. Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Plan and execute engagement activities and programs to enhance employee morale.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.


3. HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies per industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.


4. Performance Management:

  • Design and implement performance review processes.
  • Work with managers to identify training and development needs.


5. HR Operations:

  • Maintain employee records and manage payroll processes with the finance team.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide solutions.


6. Workforce Planning:

  • Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and forecast future workforce requirements.


Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in HR tools and technologies.
