SQM Iodine Plant Nutrition 🌱🌎, a global mining and chemical company, has a worldwide leadership position in the markets in which we are present, which is possible thanks to the strategic location of our operations in northern Chile, from where we have access to high-value resources, in addition to our network of commercial offices that allows us to reach more than 100 countries with our products.Every day we are inspired by our purpose: “we develop unique capabilities that transform resources into life and progress”, achieving the highest quality products that generate value to strategic industries such as health, technology and food.This is a great opportunity for talented people who can develop as a Finance Assistant Manager in our office in Pune, India.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting - Assistance in preparation of monthly financial statement along with other group reporting requirements for consolidation purpose.Preparation of MIS report for management review and develop reports to support business decision makingBudgeting & controlling - Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processAudit Co-ordination – Coordinate the preparation and review of audit schedules and reconciliations along with timely closure of the same.Participation in financial system implementation & process improvement along with process automationAssistance in GST return filling, Annual filling and Transfer pricing report requirementSupport Accounts Receivable & Accounts payable processOther routine activities related to treasury, commercial control, inventory management, etcSkillsProficiency in English.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and digital platforms.Ability to collaborate effectively across international and cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.QualificationsQualification – CA Fresher or CA Inter / CMA Inter / B.Com with 2-4 years of experienceExcellent communication, analytical & problem-solving skillProficiency in financial software (MS Office, Odoo, SAP)Ability to work independently and as a part of teamWorking knowledge of Custom / Secretarial compliances would be an added advantageAt SQM Plant Nutrition, we are committed to diversity and inclusion.
