We’re Hiring – Assistant Vice President, Finance | Pune Salary - Upto 50 Lakhs We are looking for an experienced finance leader (CA & MBA – Finance) with 18+ years of expertise in treasury management, audits, taxation, financial reporting, and strategic planning . The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills, ready to drive financial excellence and process efficiency across multi-location operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee treasury, cash flow, and debt servicing , ensuring optimal fund utilization and cost efficiency. Manage internal audit, statutory compliance, taxation, and finalization of accounts . Support leadership in pricing, budgeting, project evaluation, and funding assessments . Prepare and present cash flow projections, budgets, and financial reports for management reviews. Supervise billing, collections, and receivables , ensuring revenue optimization and minimal overdues. Drive process improvements and quality initiatives to strengthen governance and operational efficiency. Lead and mentor senior finance professionals to ensure alignment with corporate financial strategy and compliance. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and MBA in Finance with 18+ years of relevant experience. Proven leadership in managing teams and implementing financial best practices. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
