Job Title: AVP / VP Solar Project Execution & Project Management

Department: Project

Location: Head Office (with frequent travel to Southern State's sites)

About the Opportunity:

We are embarking on aggressive expansion with upcoming Solar Projects in Southern states over the next 2 months. We seek a senior-level leader to drive end-to-end project execution and management for these large-scale CTU-ISTS solar projects in Southern India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale solar projects (300 MW+) ensuring delivery within timelines, cost, and quality standards.

- Drive project planning, resource allocation, L1/L2 schedule preparation, and critical path monitoring for projects under execution.

- Manage EPC contractors, engineering teams, procurement processes, and monitor daily/weekly project progress.

- Handle SRLDC approvals and all CTU-ISTS project clearances and commissioning processes.

- Liaise with state authorities, DISCOMs, CTU, and local agencies for statutory approvals and compliance.

- Ensure adherence to QA/QC and HSE norms across all project sites.

- Track project budgets and cost control measures, ensuring effective vendor negotiations and timely payments.

- Provide regular MIS and project updates to senior management.

- Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional project execution team.

Desired Candidate B.Tech (Electrical) Mandatory, MBA Preferred

Experience: Minimum 18+ years overall, with at least 5-6 years in executing large-scale solar projects (200 MW & above).

- Must have hands-on experience with CTU-ISTS solar project execution in Southern states (Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu).

- Proven experience in handling SRLDC approvals required for CTU project commissioning.

- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership experience.

- Familiarity with Primavera/MS Project for project tracking.

- Excellent problem-solving, vendor management, and site coordination skills.
