Description : Work Location : Helius Hyderabad Office.Senior Endpoint Support Engineer.Job Requirement : - At least 4 to 6 years experience in End point windows patching.- Good knowledge in ManageEngine Endpoint Central and WSUS.- Handling End point devices patch management, via ManageEngine Endpoint Central and WSUS.- Check on the Qualys report and contact users whose machines are not compliant with windows updates (monthly patches).- Responsible for all patching related issues, address VA timely to meet SLA.- Creating and working on MetricStream tickets pertaining to VA.- Coordinating with all subsidiaries and creating a monthly asset Inventory/charge back report.- Accountable for the Onboarding / Offboarding users for ODC location.- Collecting hash keys from brand new laptop to get it uploaded into Intune for device Enrolment into Intune through (Autopilot devices).- Supporting ODC users who are facing issues with software and hardware issue.- Service Now Request Fulfilment.- Good Intune knowledge added advantage.
