Senior Endpoint Support Engineer

Job Requirement:

  • At least 4 to 6 years' experience in End point windows patching.
  • Good knowledge in ManageEngine Endpoint Central and WSUS
  • Handling End point devices patch management, via ManageEngine Endpoint Central and WSUS.
  • Check on the Qualys report and contact users whose machines are not compliant with windows updates (monthly patches)
  • Responsible for all patching related issues, address VA timely to meet SLA.
  • Creating and working on MetricStream tickets pertaining to VA.
  • Coordinating with all subsidiaries and creating a monthly asset Inventory/charge back report.
  • Accountable for the Onboarding / Offboarding users for ODC location
  • Collecting hash keys from brand new laptop to get it uploaded into Intune for device Enrolment into Intune through (Autopilot devices).
  • Supporting ODC users who are facing issues with software and hardware issue.
  • Service Now Request Fulfilment
  • Good Intune knowledge added advantage.
