We are one of the leading Pharma manufacturer in India. Overall, IT and digital platforms span across Data centre and Various public cloud partners. Given the nature of the business, it is paramount that the business related data/analytics, mobile sales forces platforms, portals etc. across Data Centre & cloud as requisite protection. Overall technology estate is heterogeneous/complex with vast partner ecosystem applications, open source, public cloud, and self-service channels.
KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic & Tactical Responsibility:
- Responsible for defining, managing, and delivering a comprehensive portfolio of cyber security services roadmap and setting the strategic direction for the company
- Work with leadership to develop long term vision, technology road map, and annual goals for the Cyber Security Practice & also deliver the programs end to end
Stakeholder Management:
- Internal: Manage internal teams, collaborate with cloud/infra/application teams
- External: Interlock with partners who are providing Security services and review their deliverables, SLAs including KPIs etc. Build strategic and collaborative ecosystem partnerships with leading product and services firms in the industry.
Risk & Threat Management:
- Threat: Manage the process of gathering, analysing, and assessing the current and future threat landscape and providing a realistic overview of threats in the environment.
- Risk: Establishes risk management framework, measurement of risk and drives effective risk governance to enable effective business continuity
- People: Develop a Security training Calendar including Advisories, Screen Savers, and
- Standees to have a measurable security KPI. Undertake periodic security simulation.
- Process: Manage security policies and processes, to ensure operational efficiency, meet regulatory compliance, and support business demands
Technology:
- Security Operations: Manage security KPI & SLA metrics including incident mgmt.
- Security Projects: Enhance the security posture based on real Cyber Risk and threat with adoption of latest security tools and technologies
Governance:
- Security Architecture: Have a detailed understanding of end-to-end security architecture including Applications/ infra/ cloud/ data etc.
- Audit Management: Support the planning and execution of audit activities as required
Industry Knowledge & Relationship:
- Demonstrate thought leadership in cyber security by being part of cyber security experts, speak at events, and consult as a subject matter expert on key issues
- Network with peers & experts, be abreast of emerging trends and technologies including latest security threats and prevention techniques
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Technology exposure: Experience in following areas:
- Information Security Management System (ISMS), Identity and Access Management (IDAM) including SSO & MFA, Data Protection including Data Loss Prevention, SOC & Vulnerability Management, Threat Intel Platform, Brand Protection, Secure Application SDLC, API Security, Web/Mobile app security, Secure Code Review, Mobile Device Mgmt, Hard Disk Encryption, Network Access Control (NAC), and Cloud Security etc.
Security Operations:
- Demonstrate experience in handling Security Operations, Coverage & Compliance of tools deployed, develop SOC use cases, measure SLA & KPI, and develop Playbooks, handling Incident Mgmt etc.
Project Delivery:
- Experience in delivery of security solutions implementation within stipulated timelines and milestones.
Expertise in designing Security architecture covering Data, Application and Infra layer including Cloud and On Prem.
Security Standards:
- Basic understanding of security-relevant industry standards, regulations and practices, such as ISO 27K, PCI, NIST, CIS, COBIT, GDPR etc.
Stakeholder Management:
- Proven experience in liaising with business and translating the needs to security requirements and guiding implementation/adherence of controls.
Security Training:
- Experience in imparting Security training in the organization and help create Security culture.
- Undertake Security Simulation activity.

Stakeholder Management: Having attitude to work cohesively with extended Business, IT, External services partners etc.

Conflict Resolution: Ability to resolve work related conflicts and understanding gaps cohesively
CERTIFICATION: Relevant Certification like CISSP / CISA / CISM / CEH / CRISC etc.
EDUCATION: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering/science/management
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 12- 15 years IT/InfoSec security and data governance work experience
