Job Summary:
- The Quality Management Analyst, 2 is the first line of defense execution on daily assigned responsibilities to ensure the products, tools, and processes developed and supported within Bread Financial teams meet established quality and regulatory standards.
- Also key to the position is leading the efforts on the continual evolution of the audit and monitoring processes that drive the business towards our goals within Enterprise Services Quality.
- This role directly supports business process monitoring and account holder touchpoint review initiatives, drive exceptional execution of brand centric initiatives and bank communication.
- Results are analyzed to provide recommendations and solutions to business processes.
- Aids in evaluation, testing rationale and risk alignment.
- Essential Job Functions.
- Drives Results: Responsible for analysis of bank and client-initiated touchpoints (reporting & audits) to help drive first line of defense process improvement and quality opportunities.
- Extracts baseline insights from data; may need help from leader to formulate the delivery method and overall story.
- Problem solves while understanding patterns and surfaces solutions.
- Responsible for Acquisition Compliance monitoring, vendor relationship to share results and influence regulatory compliance with Client Partnerships and at times brand partners.
- Interacts with and influences SLT partners in Client Partnerships.
- Timely & Accurate Execution Delivers on assigned commitments and roadmap activities both on time and accurately monthly; communicates business process monitoring projects and audit results effectively (verbal and written) to business partners creating visibility into activates and overall quality output; meets deadlines/commitments.
- Remains disciplined and supports the team to create and maintain a systematic approach to organizing and tracking results, data points; strives for consistency, repeatability and automation.
- Documents steps to address business needs and improve quality touchpoints and the customer experience.
- Problem solving Monitors regulatory and compliance adherence for Bread Financial business processes and procedures to assist continual improvements to streamlined processes.
- This includes using data collected during monthly results to recommend solutions to influence business partners that will streamline processes and ultimately increase quality and regulatory compliance.
- Business / Operational Acumen Daily interactions with Compliance, Client Partnerships, Marketing and Finance to share results and exceptions while also managing recommended solutions and overall results with business areas and their leaders.
- Intellectual Curiosity drives process improved through questions and understand the overall happenings within Bread Financial.
- Reports to: Lead or above.
- Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements: Normal office environment, some travel may be required.
- Direct Reports: None.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Area of Study: Business, Arts, Commerce, Mathematics, Engineering.
- Years of Work Experience Required: 2-5 years.
- Type / focus of work experience required: Operational/process driven or compliance environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Preferred experience in a similar role in a banking/financial services company.
