Senzcraft is also recognized by NY based SSON as a top hyper-automation solutions provider.About the Role (Senior Data Scientist)We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with a strong background in machine learning and data-driven modeling, who can apply analytical techniques to solve complex business and cybersecurity challenges. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across classification, regression, clustering, and time-series modeling, with a keen interest or prior experience in the security and threat intelligence domain. The candidate must have experience in full life cycle of such model development like EDA, Feature Selection, Test and Deployment on various cloud/ on-prem environment.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models for classification, regression, and forecasting. - Apply statistical and predictive modeling to identify security threats, detect anomalies, and improve system resilience. - Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data patterns, identify anomalies, and generate actionable insights. - Implement model monitoring, evaluation, and retraining workflows to ensure reliability and performance. - Conduct feature engineering, model validation, and performance optimization using robust evaluation frameworks. - Utilize cloud platforms and container technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployment. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for model training and deployment. - Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices in data science and modeling.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Education: Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related). - Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling: Hands-on experience in Time SeriesForecasting, Classification, Regression models. - Strong grasp of data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation techniques. - Data Handling & Engineering: Proficiency in Python, SQL & NoSQL, and Data Modelling / Data Engineering. - ML Frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch. - Cloud & Deployment: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization technologies. - Domain Knowledge: Exposure to security-related datasets or threat detection systems. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Optional / Nice-to-Have Skills:- Experience with MLOps and CI/CD for ML pipelines. - Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop). - Strong experience mentoring or leading data science teams. - Understanding of feature drift and model monitoring in production environments.Experience: 3+ yearsLocation: BangaloreWork Mode: HybridNotice Period: Immediate joiners preferred, up to 15 days’ notice accepted
