The ideal candidate will own and lead team to design, develop, and deployAI-driven applicationsleveragingLLMs, Vector Databases, and GenAI frameworksto solve complex real-world problems.Key Responsibilities Design and implementAgentic AI workflowsusingLangChainandLangGraphfor intelligent automation and reasoning-based solutions. Develop scalableGenAI-powered APIsand microservices usingPythonandFastAPI . Design and implement RAG-based solutions for client. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliverproduction-grade GenAI solutionswith high performance and reliability. ApplyAI Opspractices (LangFuse, Docker, Jenkins, Groovy) for deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD. Build and optimizeMachine Learning/Deep Learning models , understanding on hyperparameter tuning/ performance evaluation. Stay current withemerging AI trends , frameworks, and best practices inAgentic and Generative AIsystems.Required Skills & Experience 5–8 yearsof professional experience inAI/ML or GenAI development . Hands-on experience withLangChainandLangGraphforAgentic solution design . Experience working withVector Databases(FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or MongoDB). Familiarity withLLMs(OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Meta Llama, etc.). Deep understanding ofMachine Learning algorithms– regression, decision trees, SVM, random forests, deep learning, and reinforcement learning. Strong proficiency inPythonandFastAPI . Expertise with frameworks such asTensorFlow ,PyTorch ,scikit-learn , andKeras . Strong foundation inmathematics and statistics(linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics). Experience inSQL , data preprocessing, andfeature engineering .Good to Have Working knowledge ofAI Ops tools–LangFuse ,Jenkins ,Docker ,Groovy ,FitNesse , andCI/CD pipelines . Experience inLLM fine-tuning . Exposure toeRAG(Azure-based RAG solution). Familiarity withprompt engineeringandLLM observability tools .
