Job Responsibility:

Provide customized marketing support for Emerging Markets to support the DTMs in achieving business growth and sales targets

  • Country-specific marketing plans and campaigns and champion growth projects in countries and develop promotional material and communication strategies for the DTMs
  • BreatheFree franchise expansion- GBKS, Digital Breathefree for international countries


Provide need-based marketing /promotional support across all B2B emerging markets in order to drive organisation-wide marketing initiatives

  • Develop promotional material as required for the promotional campaign
  • Provide request based support on academic end such as scientific material, journals, certifications required by doctors etc.


Execute annual commercial cockpit marketing and branding initiatives for the therapies to ensure execution of activities against plan

  • Commercial cockpit initiatives from the management and design an implementation plan customized for each country.
  • Execution of the same with country heads
  • Align yearly planner activities with promotional budget allocated to each country

Organize company-own events and coordinate participation in industry-organized events and conferences to ensure the company’s visibility & KOL service across these events

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders (country manager for KOL list, MICE team for logistics, medical team for conference agenda & content, and events team) to ensure smooth operation during event
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and KOLs across countries to drive advocacy for the business

Gather and analyse internal sales data and external market intelligence data to understand competitor strategies, global developments and regional market dynamics and hence identify partner & customer needs

  • Meetings with marketing Head/ department of partners to understand the market dynamics, customer need and gaps
  • Study new products for feasibility of launch for the therapy based products and create business cases around potential new markets and ventures
  • Compile LBE (Latest Business Estimate) on monthly basis and submit it to business team to track business progress
  • Gather in-market (secondary sales) data from all countries on monthly basis and prepare a report for perusal of regional commercial team

Conduct trainings for internal customers to drive motivation and reward top performers, and for partners to build the Cipla brand

  • Recognise the needs for training from internal sales team and communicate this need to SFE team, and ensure that the required training is planned
  • Identify top performers across teams and propose spot rewards in line with budgets


B.Pharm

MBA in marketing

5 to 6 years of rich pharma marketing experience
