The Sales Marketing Manager will also identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.Qualifications Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Acquisition Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Campaign Management Strong skills in Market Analysis, Data Interpretation, and Performance Metrics Tracking Leadership, Communication, and Team Collaboration abilities Proven ability to meet targets, innovate within a dynamic market, and adapt strategies effectively Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus Familiarity with the real estate industry and North Goa market trends is an advantage Proficiency in relevant tools and CRM platforms
