Key Responsibilities :

Data Strategy & Architecture :

- Lead modernization of legacy systems into scalable, cloud-based data frameworks.

- Integrate structured/unstructured data into unified insights platforms.

Governance & Compliance :

- Implement data governance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001), ensure data quality, and manage privacy compliance.

Analytics & Insights :

- Drive self-service BI, dashboards, and predictive models using tools like Power BI, Azure, and Snowflake.

- Translate complex data into actionable business insights.

ETL & Data Integration :

- Lead ETL pipeline development (AWS Glue, SSIS), manage SQL/NoSQL data migrations, and optimize performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work with business, tech, and analytics teams to prioritize data needs and foster a data-driven culture.

Team Leadership :

- Build and mentor a high-performing data team (analysts, scientists, architects).

- Promote experimentation and innovation.

Qualifications :

- 1012 years in Data & Analytics roles with successful modernization project delivery.

- Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, data lakes, cloud warehouses (AWS, Azure, Snowflake).

- Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Exposure to machine learning and data governance tools (Collibra, Alation) is a plus.

- Centralized data platform with standardized pipelines and reporting stack.

- KPI-driven dashboards and AI/ML-powered analytics.

- Robust data governance and compliance framework.

- High-performance data team and a company-wide data culture.

- Business-aligned data strategy driving growth, efficiency, and insights.
