Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles for various positions within the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage a diverse pool of high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidates' credentials and employment history.
  • Actively participate in job fairs, industry events, and networking activities to promote the organization and build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition, and make recommendations for process improvements and innovative recruitment strategies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Someone with relevant IT & Non-IT hiring experience is preferred.
