1. Operations Management

- Oversee daily plant operations to meet production schedules and targets.

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

- Monitor and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

2. New Project Implementation

- Lead the design and execution of new facility projects, including layout design, material flow, and utility finalization.

- Develop and execute validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) and utility systems such as WFI, RO water, clean steam, and HVAC systems.

- Ensure compliance with risk management and regulatory standards.

3. Quality Assurance

- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet company and customer standards.

- Manage documentation and compliance related to GMP, ICH, CFR guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.

- Oversee quality assurance processes including validation master plans, stability testing, vendor audits, and internal quality audits.

4. Safety and Compliance

- Ensure plant operations comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Promote a culture of safety and conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.

- Investigate and address any accidents or incidents, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

5. Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

- Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage workforce scheduling.

6. Financial Management

- Prepare and manage the plant's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

- Monitor and control operational expenses to meet financial targets.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

7. Continuous Improvement

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.

- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

8. Utilities and Equipment Management

- Oversee the management of utility systems including water treatment, clean steam, and HVAC systems.

- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

- Ensure proper inventory control and procurement of raw materials, equipment, and packing Master's degree in Business or engineering.

- Extensive experience in managing manufacturing operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong knowledge of GMP, WHO, FDA, and other regulatory standards.

- Proven experience in new project implementation and facility management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to handle regulatory audits and compliance matters effectively.
