Company Secretary

Responsibilities:

- Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other applicable laws and regulations. Conduct due diligence, and committee formation, and oversee other routine compliances.

- Board and Committee Meetings: Assist in organizing and coordinating board and committee meetings. Prepare and circulate meeting agendas and minutes.
