About the Company: We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tech profiles and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams.About the Role: A short paragraph summarizing the key role responsibilities.Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, Data Scientists).Source candidates through channels like , Naukri, and employee referrals.Conduct pre-screening calls and technical interviews (initial assessments).Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team fit.Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source efficiency, offer acceptance ratio).Promote Movate’s employer brand as a top workplace for tech talent. Qualifications:2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT/ITeS/tech consulting).Ability to understand and evaluate skills in Java, Python, AWS, Azure, DevOps, etc.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Darwinbox).Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. Required Skills:Experience in hiring IT services firms.Knowledge of diversity hiring practices.Certification in recruitment is a plus.
