We are looking for a Python Web Developer with expertise in UI platforms and data visualization, who can contribute to scalable application development and deployment.Role Overview :The Python Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive web-based applications. The role requires strong Python programming expertise, proficiency in UI frameworks like Tkinter or equivalent platforms, and experience in building data visualization dashboards with tools like Kibana or Power BI. The candidate will also manage and optimize databases, and candidates with exposure to Machine Learning (ML) or Large Language Models (LLMs) will be highly preferred.Key Responsibilities :Web Development & UI :- Develop, customize, and maintain web applications using Python and frameworks such as Tkinter or other modern UI platforms (Flask, Django preferred for web-based UI).- Build interactive user interfaces to enable seamless interaction with backend services and data systems.- Ensure responsive design and optimize applications for performance and scalability.Data Visualization :- Design and implement dashboards for analytics using tools such as Kibana, Power BI, or other visualizers.- Integrate data visualization into applications for monitoring, reporting, and decision-making.- Collaborate with analysts to translate business requirements into visual and actionable insights.Database Development & Management :- Maintain and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases including MySQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.- Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, and security in database operations.- Develop APIs and backend integrations for smooth data flow across applications.Advanced Development (Preferred) :- Exposure to Machine Learning techniques or practical understanding of LLM (Large Language Model) development.- Assist the AI/ML team with integrating ML-driven features into web applications.Collaboration & Support :- Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, ML developers, and product managers.- Provide technical documentation, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in production environments.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Strong proficiency in Python with 5-7 years of proven development experience.- Hands-on experience with Tkinter or equivalent UI frameworks; knowledge of Flask/Django is a plus.- Expertise in data visualization tools (Kibana, Power BI, or others).- Strong database knowledge : MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.- Experience in building and maintaining scalable, high-performing applications.- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.- Familiarity with cloud-based deployment and DevOps practices is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.Preferred Skills :- Exposure to Machine Learning techniques or hands-on experience with LLMs.- Knowledge of REST API development and integration.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.Why Join Leadsoc Technologies?- Work on innovative projects in the fields of web development, data visualization, and AI.- Collaborative and growth-driven work culture.- Opportunity to expand into ML/AI-focused projects.- Competitive compensation aligned with industry standards.
