You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of our online sales channels, including e-commerce platforms, Website, & Market places.


  1. Managing Daily Operations for online platforms such as Amazon and the brand’s website.Handling stocking & Logistics , inventory management, order processing,  and order fulfillment to meet the demands of rapid delivery services, ensuring timely stock replenishment.
  2. Ensuring fulfillment of Stock on all the platforms
  3. Maintaining dispatches & ensuring delivery timelines 
  4. Maintaining RTV & RTO’s 
  5. Maintain Daily Inventory - ensure timely replenishment and optimal inventory levels. Keep a track of stockouts, overstocks.
  6. Managing the entire stock movement from Facility to warehouse & office.
  7. Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information, 
  8. Oversee the end-to-end order processing workflow, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time.
  9. Work closely with logistic partners & warehouse team  to manage the delivery process, address any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Prepare regular reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  11. Work closely with the customer service team to resolve any operational issues that affect customer satisfaction, such as order delays, stock discrepancies, or fulfillment errors.
