Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both frontend and backend technologies, capable of delivering high-quality web applications and solutions. You will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications.

- Build robust backend APIs and integrate with frontend components.

- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.

- Coordinate with DevOps/infra teams for smooth deployment and monitoring.

Problem Solving :

- Debug issues and implement fixes promptly.

- Optimize performance across all layers (frontend, backend, database).

Versioning & Deployment :

- Use Git and CI/CD pipelines for code management and deployment.

- Manage staging and production releases with minimal downtime.

Key Skills Required :

Frontend :

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Experience with frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular

- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design

Backend :

- Experience in Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter)

- RESTful API design and integration

Database :

- Hands-on with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB/Firebase)

Tools & Others :

- Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket

- Basic knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Strong communication and time-management skills

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
