Job Description:Research: Research UGC content trends, consumer insights through interviews and Gen AIScript: Craft compelling scripts that enable strong hook rates and hold ratesCasting: Shortlist actors by collaborating with freelancers and casting agenciesProduction: Shoot ads through a mobile phone or through a camera person (depending on UGC style)Editing: Create clear and detailed briefs for editors to bring the raw footage to reality.
