CG Cloud - Salesforce Architect

Skill set -

  • Should have at least 10 years of Salesforce Experience
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce CGConsumer Goods cloud and its eco system
  • Should have handson experience with complete understanding of CG cloud data model
  • Must be good on integration skills and should be aware of how CG cloud can integrate with other managed packaged and its surrounding system to complete a business transaction
  • Should be able to recommend best practices around design and development
  • Must be able to lead and mentor the team in designing and review of code guide and encourage the team to follow these best practices
  • Should have hands working knowledge of various tools like LWC Aura Apex Visualforce etc
  • Convert business requirements into a design ability to see through the modular issues
  • Can independently handle overall architectural designs Envision NFRsa and implement the same
  • Should have rich experience in data migration and working in a highly integrated enterprise application
  • Experience in planning estimation delivery model customer facing roles and effective client interaction skills
  • Soft Skills Good communication analytical and presentation skills problem solving skills and learning attitude

Responsibilities

  • Translate the clients business objectives into technical requirements covering all aspects of the functionalities
  • Understand the user stories and break them into modules of technical scenarios
  • Estimate the efforts needed to accomplish customer objectives
  • Identify highlight different risks involved and work on mitigation plans
  • Lead and guide the technical consultants during various phases of the project including but not limited to design coding unit testing to deployment
  • Review the code to ensure requirement coverage and adherence to best practices
  • Act as a bridge between development team and the customer
  • Liaison closely with application development support groups to ensure plan is in place for post golive support
  • Lead mentor new team members to bring them up to speed
  • Good communication skills Must be able to manage interactions with various stake holders across multiple countries
  • Should be able to perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed by self and other junior team members on the project
