By bridging the gap between tangible reality and the intricate world of design, we are committed to pushing the boundaries of technology and delivering transformative solutions across diverse sectors.Role Overview We’re seeking aSenior MEP BIM Coordination Leadto drive end-to-end model coordination across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on high-scale, complex projects. You will own the federation and integration of MEP models, resolve multi-disciplinary conflicts, and push BIM delivery from schematic design (LOD 200) to as-built (LOD 500). If you’re someone who thrives on solving complex coordination challenges and building BIM workflows that scale, this is the role.Key Responsibilities Lead coordination acrossHVAC, Electrical, and PHEdisciplines, integrating with architecture and structure to deliverclash-free, federated models . Drive the development and enforcement ofBEP ,LOD/LOI standards , and modelling protocols in compliance withISO 19650 . Perform advancedclash detectionand manage resolution workflows usingNavisworks ,Revit , andAutodesk Civil 3D(for service corridors, site utilities, and infrastructure tie-ins). Orchestrate coordination meetings, issue tracking, and sign-off cycles with consultants, contractors, and vendors. Support GFC and shop-drawing production, ensuring all deliverables are model-driven and aligned with project BEP. Integrate site-level data and updates into BIM workflows, validate as-built information, and manage model revisions during construction. Mentor and guide discipline engineers, elevating modelling quality, process discipline, and coordination efficiency across the team. What we're looking for 5+ yearsof hands-on BIM coordination experience inMEP systemsonlarge-scale projects— at least one amonghospitals, mixed-use towers, luxury hotels, commercial complexes, or residential developmentsinIndia or the UAE . Deep expertise inRevit MEP ,Navisworks Manage , andCivil 3Dfor coordination, model federation, and infrastructure integration. Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary BIM coordination workflows and deliveringLOD 300–500models and drawings. Strong understanding of services integration, spatial planning, constructability, and site-to-model alignment. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead coordination reviews with internal and external stakeholders.Work Location : Bangalore (On-site)Salary : No bar for the right candidate
